Software
I mainly develop two different types of software tools. On the one hand, I develop software serving as enabling technologies that allow researchers to analyze different omics data. On the other hand, I develop software that allow independent researchers to explore the results presented in some of my papers. Here you can find a list with some of my software tools. You can access a more complete list from my Github.

ATTRACTOR, Arabidopsis Thaliana TRanscriptionAl Circadian neTwORk ATTRACTOR, is a web based tool for the analysis of the synergistic transcriptional control exerted by the circadian clock and light signalling over genes exhibiting rhythmic expression profiles in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. ATTRACTOR, consists of a transcriptional network that integrates transcriptomic data collected over diurnal cycles with 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness with cistromic data generated using ChIP-seq for key transcriptional factors and regulators in the circadian clock and light signalling. Code can be accessed from this Github repository.

BRC1NET, an online tool that allows researchers to explore the transcriptional network downstream of BRC1.. The TCP transcription factor BRANCHED1, orchestrates several gene regulatory networks to promote axillary bud dormancy in Arabidopsis. Code can be accessed from this Github repository.

ChlamyNet, a Chlamydomonas reinhardtii Gene Co-expression Network. Code can be accessed from this Github repository.
